As a body of belivers, we operate with a leadership team and dedicated service teams that proudly include individuals from diverse ministry backgrounds. Our leadership team mirrors the rich tapestry of our diverse community. We believe in harnessing the God-given skills and talents of our leaders and Churches, creating an environment where different perspectives contribute to innovative and thoughtful decision-making.

At the heart of our community is a fervent expression of faith. Our ministry services, intentionally small and intimate, provide diverse and inspiring ways to connect with the partnering Church.

Service is a fundamental pillar of our community, offering inclusive opportunities for all members to contribute meaningfully, as what we offer is available at any level; within the Church not just leadership.
